Was going to use them for my new house I am planning on building this next spring but had a friend of my had a bad experience with returning some items for a few hundred dollars worth after spending thousands so will def be using a lumber yard in Moorhead or Fargo.
Man these guys are a joke.. Had a stress crack in my Thermo tech window called them about 5 times over the course of 4 weeks never got back to me (had I known prior I would of just contacted Thermo tech directly) anyways never heard from them purchased windows there but their customer service sucks!!! go elsewhere. I called thermo tech and the gal there was more than happy to assist and got the window pane replaced at no cost to me since it was under warranty. Started off well with quick responses and action but that is how the draw you in apparently. Had an issue with returning an item where I have the receipt and product in hand. Ordered some receptors for my windows a couple days after the window ordered to try and get them delivered attached I had assumed. Called me back to tell me they were added to the order which was great! but did not know they were going to come separate and had to attached them myself. Well these things are a pain to attached decided not to use them and actually broke one trying to attach it to the window. Called to return them with invoice in hand (mind you these were standard windows from the window provider from their website) looked into it and then got an email saying I could not return them. So I am out $450 after spending about 10k there awesome customer service.... sarcasm btw. Would not recommend them. Use Stenersons Lumber ion Moorhead or anywhere else free delivery there at Stenersons as well!
